We are a British family living in the United Arab Emirates city of Al Ain. We have been here since 1994. Jim teaches at a local college, Miranda is Al Ain's number one Piano Teacher, and Alice (6) and Lucy (5) attend the "Al Ain English Speaking School".
Three years ago Jim was offered a job in Al Ain. A search of local libraries produced not a single picture of this town. This page is for those of you out there in the same situation. Use our page to see some of the sights of this garden city before you visit.
To create a vehicle through which we can develop our web authoring skills. Over the next 12 months we hope to incorporate some of the more recent developments in web page design and implementation.
